⚙ Coordinator / Admin Extras

Only visible to Division Coordinators, Assistant Division Coordinators, and Global Admins.

Sign off a member's completed task

1. Open their book — click 📋 Log or View book next to their name on the Admin Panel, OR click the "You have N sign-offs" banner on your own book.
2. Rows with an amber tint are waiting for you. Click Sign Off on individual rows, or use ✔ Approve & sign all N at the top to clear everything at once.

Add a member from the roster

1. Members self-register from the login page. If you have to add someone manually, tell Thomas — he'll run the bulk-add script.
2. New members show up in Admin Panel → Members immediately.

Manage divisions & communities

1. Admin Panel → Regions & Coordinators card.
2. Each division shows its primary DC, assistant DCs (ADCs), and any communities.
3. Only Global Admins can add / rename / delete a division.

Set up a weekly net

1. Net Control → Club Nets.
2. Pick your division, add divisions with band / mode / frequency, then use Net Control Schedule to fill the next 2 months of NCs.
3. Full walkthrough is in the email Thomas sent — reply if you don't have it.

Post a site-wide announcement

1. Admin Panel → 📢 First-Login Announcement card (Global Admin only).
2. Type title + body, click Post. Every user sees a popup on their next login.

Refresh the "All Hams" map

1. Open the All Hams Map.
2. Weekly refresh runs automatically. Force one via 🔄 Refresh from FCC — takes ~5 min on a weekly delta, ~30 min for a full rebuild.
