Are you ready to get your license? That’s great. Below you will find some helpful links to the information you will need.
What is Ham Radio?
The Amateur Radio Relay League or ARRL says: Amateur Radio (ham radio) is a popular hobby and service that brings people, electronics, and communication together. People use ham radio to talk across town, around the world, or even into space, all without the Internet or cell phones. It’s fun, social, educational, and can be a lifeline during times of need.

Here is another study resource.
Especially if you plan to take the General test after you pass the Technician exam in the same VE session.
These videos cover the question and correct answer for the Technician General and Extra class Question pools.
It moves very quickly, and as far as I can tell there are no explanations offered. From what I saw in the first few minutes of the General Class video the instructor displays a flashcard with the Question and all distractor. He then reads you the question, and the correct answer, and highlights the correct answer, and then quickly moves to the next flashcard.
If you are interested follow this link, https://wavetalkers.com/. Scroll down to Ham Radio Exam Prep section near the bottom of the page and Select Begin, Quick index, or Practice test for the License Class you want to study for.
Note: This site has a lot of other training videos for: Winlink, VARA, APRS and more Click the pulldown labeled Resources .
I hope you and others will find this useful.
